Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to provide returns on items. If you would like to submit a claim for damaged or defective product, please contact Solely Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. Please note, this is only valid for purchases made on Solely.com.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds of any kind for products that were not purchased directly from Solely.com. Products that were not purchased from Solely.com should be returned to the store where they were originally purchased, this includes orders made through online sellers such as Amazon.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will be notified by Solely customer service. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
