Solely ships orders to all 50 U.S. states.

Orders of $60 or more ship free! Free shipping is applied on orders $60 or more excluding tax and after promotions have been applied.

Solely.com orders typically ship via UPS and UPS Surepost. Shipping times, rates and handling charges are based on package size/weight and distance. We ship all items from our third-party eCommerce fulfillment center.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated transit time varies by location. Shipment and delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days depending on location and weather conditions. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Business Days

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday weekend may take longer to be delivered.

Solely is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather.

You can track your order at any time via your shipment confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing Previous Orders.

Shipment Information

Shipment tracking is provided directly from the courier. Any questions about package locations or delivery times should be directed to the courier for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
