Blended mango, lime and chili create a smooth and velvety treat that you will want to raise your glass with and toast amongst loved ones! Our mangolada is infused with our Organic Mango Strips with Chili and Sea Salt, a sweet and spicy combination that is refreshing and delightful!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Zest from 1 medium lime
- 4 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh mango, peeled & chopped in bite-sized pieces (or 1 more cup of frozen mango chunks)
- 4 pieces of Solely Organic Mango Strips with Chili & Salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of Tajin seasoning to line the rims of 4 serving glasses
Garnishes:
- A few fresh slices of mango
- 4 pieces of Solely Organic Mango Strips with Chili & Salt
- Tajin seasoning
Directions:
- Add water, fresh lime juice, zest, frozen mango and fresh mango to a blender and blend on high until very creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Add Solely Organic Mango Strips with Chili & Salt and blend again until the dried mango is infused in the mango puree.
- To line the rims of your serving glasses, add water to a small bowl or ramekin, and a tablespoon or so of Tajin seasoning to another bowl or ramekin. Dip the tops of 4 serving glasses in a small bowl or ramekin filled with water so that the rims are wet, then dip the wet rims into Tajin seasoning, swirling, until the rims are evenly coated. Set upright and fill each glass with the mangolada.
- Serve immediately, between 4, with slices of fresh mango, Solely Organic Mango Strips with Chili and Sea Salt, and a sprinkle of Tajin.
